Education

We offer courses for students in Management and Technology as well as various Life Science programs. Our teaching tries to connect management, technology, and sustainability in the context of the food sector, with a focus on quantitative and practical approaches.

Students from these programs can also complete their thesis or project studies at our chair. We encourage students to engage in research that connects quantitative modeling, digital innovation, and sustainability in food systems.
