Can AI actually make you a better decision-maker?
This summer semester we are introducing a new course on Human-AI Interaction in Operations Management. The course is designed in response to the growing relevance of AI-supported decision-making in areas such as forecasting, inventory planning, and operations coordination. As advanced algorithms increasingly shape operational processes, organizations and scholars alike face fundamental questions about trust, transparency, bias, and when human-AI collaboration improves or undermines performance. This course provides a foundation to design, run, and interpret behavioral experiments to analyze AI-based decision support in operations contexts.
