We are thrilled to announce that Breno Serrano de Araujo successfully defended his PhD today! Under the supervision of Prof. Maximilian Schiffer, Breno made significant contributions to the fields of operations research and combinatorial optimization, particularly focusing on machine learning applications for transportation systems. Breno will continue his academic journey as a postdoctoral researcher at MIT, where he will further his exploration at the intersection of optimization and machine learning.
