What is a project study?
Student teams work on a specific issue in a research or practical project. The objective of a project study is to apply practical knowledge acquired during their studies and to gain from "learning by doing" experience in project management.
Project Team:
- Project group of 2 - 5 students (undergraduate level)
- Mentor in the company (local support)
- Supervisor at the university (academic support)
- Steering committee (professor and representative of the practice partner)
Procedure:
- The project study begins with the preparation of a project plan and a kick-off with the research and / or practice partners.
- Students work at research and practice partner. Supervision is provided according to the needs of the students through the research and / or practice partner.
- A submission of a written project report to the research and practice partner.
- Students present their findings to the steering committee.

- With the help of the data provided by you, we decide whether the proposed project study can be performed at our group.
- You will receive feedback on whether the project can be supervised by us and who your future project-related contact is at the group.
- Then the project study is published on our homepage such that interested students can apply in teams.
- On the basis of student application forms, we are ready to make a candidate selection for you.
