Top News |

We are happy for having had Martin Fink, partner at BCG Gamma, the Analytics and AI powerhouse of the Boston Consulting Group, in our last but one Management Science class of this semester. Martin gave an inspiring and insightful industry talk on the use of optimization at BCG Gamma. With two cases, Martin presented the use of Operations Research to optimize flight schedules of airlines as well as container routing. The talks demonstrated the power of modeling and optimization for improving the processes of internationally operating companies. At the end of the talk, students flocked to Martin for learning more problem details as well as career opportunities at BCG.
