Szymon Albinski, research associate at the chair of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, successfully defended his doctoral thesis with the title “Analytics for Shared Mobility and Transportation Systems – Advances in Methods and Insights”.
In his dissertation, he worked on open questions in the field of bike-sharing, car-sharing and truck platooning by using methods from inventory management, convex optimization, game theory and mixed-integer linear programming.
