Following our invitation, Prof. Nagesh Gavirneni from Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University gave a presentation on Co-opetition in Service Clusters with Waiting-Area Entertainment. Based on an analytical investigation, Prof. Gavirneni showed that co-opetition in shared waiting spaces can add value over a monopolistic setting.
