Dr. Shen, associate professor at Donghua University, Shanghai, has been awarded a joint researcher fellowship of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation and the Carl Friedrich von Siemens Foundation. During his one-and-a-half-year research stay at the Chair of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Dr. Shen will work on inventory problems with application to the fashion industry.
