Intern → Procurement Planner → Senior Procurement Planner → Strategy Intern- Auto Bluesheet: Developed an MIP optimization model for overseas transportation. Established as the standard tool for managing over 10M CNY in annual special freight.
- Inventory Simulator: Designed an algorithm for forecasting, target setting, and simulating inventory based on ERP parameters. Adopted as the standard tool for managing ~700M CNY in inventory.
- Bosch Advanced Vehicle Routing and Scheduling System: Built a column-generation-and-heuristic-based MIP model to optimize inbound and outbound material flows. Reduced logistics costs by consolidating LTL shipments into designed FTL lines for domestic transportation.
- Resource-Constrained Material Requirement Planning (RC-MRP): Introduced material availability and machine capacity constraints into traditional MRP logics using an MIP model. Automated production planning for 4 main value streams in two production sites, with the long-term goal of synchronizing information flow of customer orders, production plans, and supplier deliveries.
